My Top Three Pet Peeves

DAY THREE, Question 3

What are your top three pet peeves?

My Top Three Pet Peeves!
Well, I had to check the meaning of pet peeve.

When I saw that question, I like huh? What does pet peeve mean? So I had to the next thing any layman could do. Ta da da! Google!

A pet peeve is something that a particular person finds annoying.
What are the top three pet peeves of mine (thinking). I’ll start from the third the first.

3. Being Slow. Especially with household chores. How can someone hold the broom to sweep and then spend longer than twenty minutes to sweep a room? I dont get it.

2. Eavesdropping. Some eavesdropping is unintentional and most of us get that. You just stumbled on a conversation between friends, strangers etc. No, Im not referring to this kind of eavesdropping. I am talking about the professional eavesdropper. Wait a sec! What does that pay them again?
Why would you need another person conversation or details? Why will stay by the window or door out of sight to listen in another persons conversation. For me, it nauseating and appalling.

1. Chewing gum loudly. I have never been a big fan of chewing gum.
Oh ye mortals, by all means chew your gum but not so loud! 😣
Some of us are sensitive to the sound you make chewing so loud. Some ladies even pride themselves in the ability to make a perfect chewing gum balloon with their mouth.

These are my three top pet peeves. Do you by chance happen to have some of these or even some pet peeves that are different? Share with us in the comment section below.

Until next time,
Blessings.

  1. Let’s not stop at gum, let’s just put all chewing loudly as #1. It’s like nails on a chalkboard for me.
#2- Dirty fingernails. Dirt under the nails ( and tied with chipped nail polish ) is not cool. I especially don’t like it I am sitting across from someone eating with your hands. #SMH.
    #3-wrinkled clothes.
