I cannot overemphasize the need to speak up for ourselves. People get emotionally abused everyday and by people who are closest to them. The people we respect are the very ones who do not care for our feelings. I have tried to see their point of view but really there is just selfishness and lack of empathy.
Don’t let anyone trample on you and ride roughshod over you, don’t cower in fear, fight for your freedom.
